Under Eyes (Tear Trough) Fillers Treatment - What you need to know
Under eyes fillers are one of the most effective and popular ways of reducing the appearance of eye bags, dark circles and hollow eyes.
As we get older, the delicate skin around under our eyes - the ‘tear trough’ area - loses its elasticity and natural fullness, giving the impression of hollow eyes. This can make you appear older than you are, and gives the impression of exhaustion, even when you are feeling full of energy.
But a simple dermal filler treatment can make a world of difference.

How does under eyes filler work?
This treatment involves injecting a dermal filler into the undereye area. The active ingredient in the filler is hyaluronic acid – a substance which occurs naturally in the skin and helps to retain moisture and deliver nutrients where they are most needed.
The entire treatment takes around 30 minutes, with almost no recovery time, and the results are usually visible immediately.
Does it hurt?
Most of our patients are surprised at just how quick and painless the procedure is. We will apply a local anaesthetic to your under-eye area so that your skin is numbed; then we use a flexible cannula to administer the fillers as gently as possible.
What are the benefits?
Under eyes fillers will reduce lines and wrinkles and add volume to your skin, which greatly reduces the appearance of dark circles and hollow eyes. This creates an overall sense of rejuvenation, making your entire face appear younger and brighter almost instantly.
The hyaluronic acid hydrates and plumps up the skin for a long-term solution to sunken eyes and dark eye-bags. After the treatment, our staff will offer after-care advice to ensure that your fillers remain at their best for a year or more.
